Here are 3 ways you can begin to regain control of your life


  1. Decide to be a human being rather than a human doing.

    Do you find you are constantly trying to catch up with yourself? There never sems to be enough time in the day to enjoy living. You find yourself exhausted and irritable.

Answer: do less but what you do, do better.


  1. Start controlling what you think about

    Do you find that your brain is constantly full of waste thoughts? You would love them to slow down or even stop!


    Answer: Get into the habit of breathing more deeply and slowly. As you do so be aware of your thoughts. Be curious about them. Each time you are aware that you are not concentrating on your breathing bring your attention back to the process. If you make this a regular habit you will find that you are in greater control of your thoughts.


  1. Take regular short breaks

    Do you find that you are in front of a computer for long periods, which make you feellaking in energy?


    Answer: Set an alarm on your phone so that every 20 minutes you take a pause. Get up stretch, move and take some deep breaths. This practice will raise your energy levels and improve your concentration.:
